Learning English from the Indians

I work with a lot of Indians, some in the US and others working from offshore. I've picked up a couple of their favorite expressions - "I have a doubt" and "I have a query." And we use the phrases "my side" and "your side" - if there's a task that needs to be done, we'll say things like, "Most of the work will be on my side." But I have yet to start using "Until and unless."
